Returns of purchases made with Gift Cards or Store Credits are subject to our Returns Policy (available in our stores and online) and will be refunded as a Store Credit. Gift Cards and Store Credits are not credit/debit cards and are not redeemable for cash or credit unless required by law, where redemption can be made at your local store. Gift Cards and Store Credits cannot be applied to credit or loan balances, Rental Center deposits, or for in-home sales. Gift Cards and Store Credits may be deactivated or rejected if fraud is suspected (in our sole discretion).
