Redemption Instructions

There are 3 Ways to Redeem your eGift Card:

  1. Online at CrateandBarrel.com, CB2.com, or Crateandkids.com. Click "Apply eGift Card" during checkout and enter the eGift Card number and PIN.
  2. By phone to 800.606.6458 (Crate and Barrel), 800.606.6252 (CB2). Give the eGift Card number and PIN to the Customer Service associate.
  3. Visit a Crate and Barrel or CB2 store.
  • Print the eGift Card and present it to a store associate during checkout.
  •  OR, to redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device, display the eGift Card number and PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase.

Customer Service Associate:

Hand-key the eGift Card number and PIN into the POS.
